Sailing Instruction

We offer both junior sailing camps in Optis and teen sailing camps in V15s and FJs. Instructors are high school sailors from our own programs who have attained their US Sailing Level 1 certification. In the summer we also host community sailing evenings and we have some adult lessons. In the spring and fall we have recreational sailing activities for ASB clubs from each of the secondary schools in the Central Kitsap School District, hosted by skippers from the sailing teams.

Activities & Facilities

We sail on beautiful Dyes Inlet, with our facilities located at the Port of Silverdale and Waterfront Park. Our dinghy dock is connected to the public pier.

Use of Funds

We are actively fundraising to acquire 3 more FJs for weekend traveling during the high school season. With these additional boats we would no longer need to use practice time on Mondays and Thursdays to get boats on and off trailers for the weekend regattas.
